Appointments and payment
Do I need to book first?
We recommend it so your chosen dentist is available. Walk-in patients are seen in queue order.
What if I need to reschedule?
Message your branch on WhatsApp at least one day before your appointment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit and credit cards, QRIS, and partner insurance.
Are instalments available for braces or implants?

Treatments
How often should I get scaling?
Usually every 6 months, or as your dentist recommends.
Do braces hurt?
They usually just feel uncomfortable for a few days after fitting or adjustment.
When should a child first see a dentist?
When the first tooth appears, or by age 1 at the latest.
Does whitening damage teeth?
No, as long as it is done by a dentist with the right materials and dosage.
